SEC. 2505. COOPERATION IN ANIMAL DISEASE CONTROL. Section 1 of chapter 8, of the Act of February 28, 1947 (21 U.S.C. 114b) is amended— (1) by striking “Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Panama, Colombia, and Canada, the Bahama Islands, the Greater Antilles, and the Lesser Antilles” and inserting “foreign countries”; and (2) by inserting “foreign or” before “international”.
