Commodity Exchange Authority For an additional amount for “Commodity Exchange Authority”, $93,000: Provided, That $39,000 of this appropriation shall be effective only upon enactment of legislation which would add “coffee” under the definition of the word “commodities” as defined in section 2 (a) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (7 U. S. C. 1–17a); $34,000 shall be effective only upon enactment into law of H. R. 6435, Eighty-third Congress; and $20,000 shall be effective only upon enactment into law of section 710 (a) of H. R. 9680, Eighty-third Congress.
