Farmers’ Home Administration loan authorizations For loans under the Act of August 28, 1937, as amended, $5,000,000: Provided, That not to exceed the foregoing amount shall be borrowed from the Secretary of the Treasury in the manner authorized under this head in the Department of Agriculture and Farm Credit Administration Appropriation Act, 1955: Provided further, That this authorization shall be effective only upon enactment into law of either H. R. 8386 or S. 3137, Eighty-third Congress.
