§ 3203. Regular Army: members on active dutyThe authorized strength of the Regular Army in members on active duty, exclusive of officer candidates, is 837,000 less the number of members of the Army on active duty who are neither members of the Regular Army nor members of the Army in the categories listed in section 3201 (a) (l)-(4) of this title.
