§ 3215. Regular Army: Women’s Army Corps; warrant officers on active list; enlisted members on active duty (a) The authorized strength of the Women’s Army Corps of the Regular Army in warrant officers on the active list is as prescribed by the Secretary of the Army. However, it may not be more than 2 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Army in warrant officers on the active list. (b) The authorized strength of the Women’s Army Corps of the Regular Army in enlisted members on active duty is as prescribed by the Secretary. However, it may not be more than 2 percent of the authorized strength prescribed by section 3214 of this title.
