§ 5410. Regular Navy and Regular Marine Corps: enlisted women (a) The authorized strength of the Regular Navy in enlisted women, excluding retired members and members furloughed without pay, is 2 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Navy in enlisted members authorized by section 5401 of this title. 299 (b) The authorized strength of the Regular Marine Corps in enlisted women, excluding retired members, is 2 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Marine Corps in enlisted members authorized by section 5402 of this title.
