§ 8215. Regular Air Force: female warrant officers on active list; female enlisted members on active duty (a) The authorized strength of the Regular Air Force in female warrant officers on the active list is as prescribed by the Secretary of the Air Force. However, it may not be more than 2 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Air Force in warrant officers on the active list. (b) The authorized strength of the Regular Air Force in female enlisted members on active duty is as prescribed by the Secretary. However, it may not be more than 2 percent of the authorized strength of the Regular Air Force in enlisted members prescribed by section 8214 of this title.
