Sec. 10. (a) The Corporation shall not be charged any part of the expense of removing, sanding, salting, treating, or handling snow on 70 Stat. 602the streets of the District of Columbia, except that the Corporation shall sweep snow from the streetcar tracks at its own expense so long as such tracks are in use by the Corporation. (b) The paragraph which begins “Hereafter every street railway company” which appears under the heading “STREETS” in the Act entitled “An Act making appropriations to provide for the expenses of the government of the District of Columbia for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, and for other purposes”, approved June 26, 1912 (D. C. Code, sec. 7–614), is hereby repealed.
