SEC. 101. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT. Section 202(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11312(a)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (15); (2) by redesignating paragraphs (11), (12), (13), and (14) as paragraphs (12), (13), (14), and (15), respectively; and (3) by inserting after paragraph (10) the following new paragraph: “(11) The Secretary of Veterans Affairs, or the designee of the Secretary.”.
