SEC. 102. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 208 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11318) is amended to read as follows: 104 STAT. 4675 “SEC. 208. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $1,200,000 for fiscal year 1991 and $1,300,000 for fiscal year 1992.”.
