Bureau of Land Management construction Not to exceed $1,423 of the funds available to the Bureau of Land Management from definite annual appropriations shall be available for reimbursing the city of Monticello, Utah, for the cost of improvements to streets and appurtenant facilities adjoining property under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management.
