SEC. 2201. PROHIBITION AGAINST TRANSFERRING FIREARMS TO NON-RESIDENTS. Section 922(a)(5) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “resides” the first place such term appears and all that follows through “(or other than that in which its place of business is located if the transferor is a corporation or other business entity);” and inserting “does not reside in (or if the person is a corporation or other business entity, does not maintain a place of business in) the State in which the transferor resides;”.
