salary step increases Sec. 212. (a) Subsection (a) of section 401 of the Postal Field Service Compensation Act of 1955, as amended (39 U. S. C. 981 (a)), is amended by striking out “salary level PFS–9 or a lower salary level of”. (b) Subsection (b) of such section (39 U. S. C. 981 (b)) is repealed.
