Plans and specifications: For the preparation of plans and specifications for construction, under the supervision of the General Services Administration, on the grounds of Howard University, of a physical education building and a home economics building, $150,000, to remain available until June 30, 1959. Construction of buildings: For equipping the dental school building under the supervision of General Services Administration, $262,000, to remain available until June 30, 1959, and such amount shall be in addition to the limitation of cost established by Public Law 452, Eighty-second Congress.
