Amendments to the International Aviation Facilities Act

Amendments to the International Aviation Facilities Act Sec. 1403. The Act of June 16, 1948 (62 Stat. 450), as amended, is further amended by striking the words “Administrator of Civil Aeronautics” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency”, and by striking the words “Civil Aeronautics Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Federal Aviation Agency”; by striking paragraph (1) of section 2 and renumbering subsequent subsections; by striking the phrase “After consultation with the Air Coordinating Committee and” from section 3; by striking the phrase “with the unanimous approval of the Air Coordinating Committee,” from section 6; and by striking the sentence reading “Transfer of property in foreign territory shall be made hereunder only after consultation with the Air Coordinating Committee.” wherever it appears in section 8.
