Amendments to Act Relating to Coast Guard Aids to Navigation and Ocean Stations Sec. 1404. The Act of August 4, 1949 (63 Stat. 495), as amended, is further amended by striking the words “Administrator of Civil Aeronautics” wherever they appear and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency”, and by striking the words “Civil Aeronautics Administration” wherever they appear and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Federal Aviation Agency”.
