SEC. 2006. REPORT TO CONGRESS. Section 524(c)(6) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the matter before subparagraph (A), by striking out “two”; (2) by striking out “and” at the end of subparagraph (A); (3) by striking out the period at the end of subparagraph (B) and inserting in lieu thereof “; and”; and (4) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: “(C) a report for such fiscal year, containing audited financial statements, in the form prescribed by the Attorney General, in consultation with the Comptroller General, including profit and loss information with respect to forfeited property (by category), and financial information on forfeited property transactions (by type of disposition).”.
