SEC. 2007. FORFEITURE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Section 511(a) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 881(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(10) Any drug paraphernalia (as defined in section 1822 of the Mail Order Drug Paraphernalia Control Act).”.
