SEC. 2008. FORFEITURE OF A FIREARM USED TO FACILITATE A DRUG OFFENSE. Section 511(a) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 881(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(11) Any firearm (as defined in section 921 of title 18, United States Code) used or intended to be used to facilitate the transportation, sale, receipt, possession, or concealment of property described in paragraph (1) or (2) and any proceeds traceable to such property.’.
