§ 544. Children of World War II or Korean conflict veteransWhenever there is no widow entitled to pension under section 543 of this title, the Administrator shall pay to the children of each veteran of World War II or of the Korean conflict described in paragraph (1) or (2) of section 543 (a) of this title a pension at the rate prescribed by section 542 of this title for the children of a veteran of World War I.
