Income limitations

§ 545. Income limitations (a) No pension shall be paid under sections 541–544 of this title to any widow without child, or to or on account of any child, whose annual income exceeds $1,400, or to a widow (with a child) whose annual income exceeds $2,700. (b) Where pension is not payable to a widow because of this section, payments to children shall be made as though there were no widow.
