surveys of public works planning Sec. 801. Section 702 of the Housing Act of 1954 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(f) The Administrator is authorized to use during any fiscal year not to exceed $50,000 of the moneys in the revolving fund (established under subsection (e)) to conduct surveys of the status and current volume of State and local public works planning and surveys of estimated requirements for State and local public works: Provided,That the Administrator, in conducting any such survey, may utilize or act through any Federal department or agency with its consent.”
