ANIMAL UNIT METHODOLOGY STUDY AND REPORT.

SEC. 204. ANIMAL UNIT METHODOLOGY STUDY AND REPORT. The Secretary of Agriculture shall conduct a study on the methodology and justification of the calculations used to determine the animal unit figure used for purposes of the emergency feed program and the emergency feed assistance program under section 606 of the Agricultural Act of 1949 (7 U.S.C. 1471d), and report to Congress the results of such study within 90 days of the date of enactment of this Act.
