SEC. 105. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES. Section 6006(b) of the Act (20 U.S.C. 3246(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (8), by striking “and”; and (2) by striking paragraph (9) and inserting the following new paragraphs: “(9) mentoring programs; and “(10) any other activity described in subsection (a).”.
