Sec. 109. Section 451 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, which relates to the contingency fund, is amended as follows: (a) Amend subsection (a) by striking out “1962” and substituting “1963”. (b) Amend subsection (b) by striking out “keep” and substituting “provide quarterly reports to” and by striking out “currently informed of the use” and substituting “on the programing and the obligation”.
