SEC. 121. CHILDCARE FACILITIES AT CERTAIN POSTS ABROAD. Section 31 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2703) is amended in subsection (e) by striking out “1990 and 1991,” and inserting in lieu thereof “1992 and 1993,”.
