SEC. 146. TRANSPORTATION OF REMAINS.Section 901(10) of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 4081(10)) is amended by inserting immediately before the semicolon “or, if death occurs in the United States, transport of the remains to the designated home in the United States or to a place not more distant”.
