Sec. 303. Appropriations in this title available for salaries and expenses shall be available for liire of passenger motor vehicles; services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), but, unless otherwise specified, at rates for individuals not to exceed $75 per diem; and uniforms, or allowances therefor, as authorized by the Act of September 1, 1954, as amended (5 U.S.C. 2131).
