Sec. 304. The Bureau of the Budget shall provide the Congress, in connection with the budget presentation for nscal year 1964 and each succeeding year thereafter, a horizontal budget showing (a) the totality of the programs for meteorology, (b) the specific aspects of the program and funding assigned to each agency, and (c) the estimated goals and financial requirements. This title may be cited as the “Department of Commerce Appropriation Act, 1963”.
