§ 11–1554. Jurisdiction of persons 18 years of age or overThe Juvenile Court has original and exclusive jurisdiction to determine cases of persons 18 years of age or over charged with willfully contributing to, encouraging, or tending to cause by any act or omission, a condition which would bring a child under the age of 18 years within the provisions of section 11–1551.
