§ 11–1555. Jurisdiction of paternity proceedingsThe Juvenile Court has original and exclusive jurisdiction of proceedings to determine paternity of any child alleged to have been born out of wedlock and to provide for his support in the manner provided by subchapter II of chapter 23 of Title 16.
