§ 11–721. Clerk; compensation; powersand duties The District of Columbia Court of Appeals shall appoint, and may remove, a clerk, and shall fix his compensation in accordance with the Classification Act of 1949, as amended. The clerk shall exercise the same powers and perform the same duties in regard to matters within the jurisdiction of the court as are exercised and performed by the clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, as far as the latter may be applicable.
