Deputy clerks and other employees; compensation; duties
§ 11–722. Deputy clerks and other employees; compensation; duties Subject to the approval of the chief judge, the clerk of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals may appoint and remove such deputy clerks and other employees of the court as he deems necessary. The chief judge shall fix the compensation of the personnel so appointed in accordance with the Classification Act of 1949, as amended. The clerk shall supervise and direct the deputies and employees so appointed.
