§ 11–931. Clerk; compensation; general duties (a) The District of Columbia Court of General Sessions may appoint and remove a clerk, and shall fix his compensation in accordance with the Classification Act of 1949, as amended. (b) In addition to performing any other duties prescribed by law, rules of court, or order of the chief judge, the clerk of the Court of General Sessions shall keep such dockets and records and perform such other duties as the court prescribes.
