§ 17–101. Appeal from District of Columbia Court of Appeals; filing, form and contents of petitionThe petition for the allowance of an appeal from a judgment of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals shall be in writing and shall be filed with the clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The contents of the petition shall conform with requirements that the United States Court of Appeals prescribes by rule.
