§ 17–102. Procedure, generally, on appeal from District of Columbia Court of Appeals; record; rules of courtThe United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit may prescribe rules governing the: (1) practice and procedure on petitions specified by section 17–101; and 77 Stat. 613 (2) preparation of, and time for filing, the transcript of the record in such cases— and may generally regulate all matters relating to appeals in such cases.
