contract authorization Sec. 904. Section 702(b) of the Housing Act of 1961 is amended by striking out “$75,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “$310,000,000: Provided, That of such sum the Administrator may contract to make grants under section 705 aggregating not to exceed $64,000,000, and grants under section 706 aggregating not to exceed $36,000,000 ”.
