Sec. 701, Subject to chapter 133 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense may establish or develop additional facilities for the Reserve Forces, including the acquisition of land therefor, but the cost of such facilities shall not exceed— (1) for Department of the Army: Army National Guard of the United States, $9,200,000. (2) for the Department of the Navy: Naval and Marine Corps Reserves, $8,890,000. (3) for Department of the Air Forte: (a) Air National Guard of the United States, $9,000,000. (b) Air Force Reserve, $3,400,000.
