Sec. 702. The Secretary of the Navy is authorized to convey to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, without consideration, all right, title, and interest in so much of the land and improvements comprising the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Little Rock, Arkansas, content is agreed to be required for a right-of-way for construction of a public highway, at such time as that portion of the land and improvements may no longer be required as a part of said training center.
