PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION ASSISTANCE.
SEC. 307. PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION ASSISTANCE. (a) Furnishing of Materials, Supplies, and Services.—With respect to the Presidential inauguration to take place on January 20, 1993, the Secretary of Defense may lend materials and supplies, and provide materials, supplies, and services of personnel, during fiscal years 1992 and 1993— (1) to the Inaugural Committee established under the first section of the Presidential Inaugural Ceremonies Act (36 U.S.C. 721); and (2) to the joint committee of the Senate and House of Representatives described in section 9 of that Act (36 U.S.C. 729). (b) Terms of Assistance.—Assistance under subsection (a) shall be loaned or provided in such manner as the Secretary of Defense determines to be appropriate and under such conditions as the Secretary may prescribe. (c) Additional Authority.—The authority provided by subsection (a) is in addition to the authority provided by section 2543 of title 10, United States Code.
