SEALIFT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

SEC. 221. SEALIFT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.The Secretary of the Navy may transfer not to exceed $25,000,000 from unobligated funds appropriated for the Navy for fiscal year 1991 for shipbuilding and conversion and made available for sealift to amounts appropriated for the Navy for fiscal year 1992 for research, development, test, and evaluation, to be available for the sealift program established pursuant to section 1424 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101– 510; 104 Stat. 1683; 10 U.S.C. 7291 note). The authority under the preceding sentence is available only to the extent provided in appropriations Acts.
