SEC. 114. PROCUREMENT OF AHIP SCOUT HELICOPTERS.The prohibition in section 133(a)(2) of Public Law 101–189 (103 Stat. 1383) does not apply to the obligation of— (1) funds in amounts not to exceed $135,000,000 for the procurement of not more than 24 OH–58D AHIP Scout aircraft from funds appropriated for fiscal year 1992 pursuant to section 101; and (2) funds in amounts not to exceed $90,200,000 for the procurement of not more than 12 OH–58D AHIP Scout aircraft from funds appropriated pursuant to title XII of this Act.
