Sec. 107. (a) The first sentence of section 9(a) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 is amended by inserting after “individual”, where it appears the third time, the following: “or, on the basis of the same compensation, any other individual,”. (b) The second sentence of such section 9(a) is amended by striking out the phrase “such individual” where it first appears in such sentence, and inserting in lieu thereof “the individual to whom more than the correct amount has been paid”.
