Sec. 108. Section 10 of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 is amended (i) by inserting after the seventh sentence of subsection (b)4 the following new sentence: “Subject to the provisions of this subsection, the Board may furnish information from such records and data to any person or organization upon payment by such person or organization to the Board of the cost incurred by the Board by reason thereof; and the amounts so paid to the Board shall be credited to the Railroad Retirement Account.”; and (ii) by inserting after the end of such section 10 the following new paragraph: “6. In addition to the powers and duties expressly provided, the Board shall have and exercise with respect to the administration of this Act such of the powers, duties, and remedies provided in subsections (d), (m), and (n) of section 12 of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act as are not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act.”
