appropriations authorized Sec. 151. Section 501(b) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended to read as follows: “For the purpose of making grants under this title, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of $25,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, $30,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, and $50,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968.”
