SEC. 2866. STUDY OF THE NEED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TORNADO SHELTERS. Not later than April 15, 1992, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report regarding the advisability of constructing tornado shelters at military installations located in areas where tornadoes frequently occur. If the Secretary determines that the construction of shelters is advisable, the report shall contain a proposed schedule for the construction of such shelters.
