SEC. 2867. REPORT ON REPLACEMENT BRIDGE NEAR THE NAVY HOMEPORT AT PASCAGOULA, MISSISSIPPI. Not later than January 15, 1992, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report describing the status of the planning and design of a replacement bridge on Highway 90 near the Navy homeport at Pascagoula, Mississippi.
