job corps—studies to be property of united states Sec. 101. (a) Section 103(a) of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) is amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end thereof the following: “: Provided, That such agreements shall provide that all studies, evaluations, proposals, and data produced or developed with Federal funds in the course of the operation of any conservation camp or training center shall become the property of the United States”. (b) Section 103(b) of the Act is amended by striking out “with reduced federal expenditures” and inserting in lieu thereof “at comparable costs”.
