SEC. 2406. SPECIAL OPERATIONS BATTALION HEADQUARTERS, FORT BRAGG. NORTH CAROLINA. (a) Availability of Funds.—Of the amount appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2404(a) for 105 STAT. 1533fiscal year 1992, $6,000,000 shall be available only for the construction of a headquarters facility for a special operations battalion at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. (b) Restriction on Use.—A facility constructed pursuant to subsection (a) may be used only as a headquarters for a special operations battalion.
