SEC. 3104. FUNDING LIMITATIONS. (a) Inertial Confinement Fusion.—Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1992 for operating expenses and plant and capital equipment, $197,000,000 shall be available for the defense inertial confinement fusion program. (b) W–79 Projectile Modification.—None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the Department of Energy 105 STAT. 1569for fiscal year 1992 may be obligated for the modification of the W–79 atomic fired artillery projectile.
